MAINTelligence by DMSI is an asset management application which allows inspection, work orders, and PdM programs to work together flawlessly through the use of handheld PDA's.
Work or inspection orders can be given to the operator, who then reads the machine in question using the integrated bar code reader. Machine history, condition, and instructions are displayed on the screen, as well as any safety notifications or additional comments, given by the supervisor. Once work is completed on the machine, it is entered into the machine's history, allowing for accurate trending and status reports. The PDA's easily integrate with third party products such as infrared cameras or vibration analysis programs, allowing for a streamlined, effective PdM and condition monitoring program.
